Netflix’s Eden Unearthed app for Quest goes live

Should you be interested in trying it out, Eden Unearthed has gone live as of yesterday on the App Lab on the Oculus Quest platform. While the release date lists back in April, based on reviews and what I can find on the net, it was released yesterday.

Eden Unearthed

The goal seems to be collect apples for fuel, and then leave as disparate a comment as is possible on the review.

It’s free, it’s beta, here’s a link, have at it.

I’d planned to play with this this but evidently my headset turned on when I threw it in my backpack, stayed on, and is currently charging from dead.

  • Review of this – extremely well done, incredibly not interesting after a few minutes. I mean, man, level of immersion is high, fun of driving a speederbike to collect apples nonstop is … not. Extremely creepy feel. Probably a great advertisement for whatever the show is but not sure who is this interested in apples.
