Fruit Ninja will be available for HTC EVO this week

Fruit-ninja-ip4

When I mentioned Ninja Kaka – Fruit Dojo last month, I said it wasn't "on the same level as its iOS 4 counterpart" but was still nicely done. The game is, of course, just one of a handful of clones of the wildly successful iOS game Fruit Ninja (screenshot from my iPhone 4 above), but it was the best way for HTC EVO users to get their fruit-slicing fix on Android.

That will change later this week, however, when the makers of Fruit Ninja release the official Fruit Ninja for Android for $0.99 in Android Market. It was ported directly from the iOS version, a process that took just two weeks, so it should be quite excellent. Open Feint, which I personally never use, will be supported, and I assume the rest of the standard iOS goodies will be included as well.

looks like google pulled ninja kaka — pretty lame, since the free market would have determined that anyways.

Its pretty good, graphics are not as sharp, but the game-play is deeper with powerups and various modes.
