Nokia Lumia 900 now the best-selling phone on Amazon
My friend purchased a black Nokia Lumia 900 and I got the chance to hold it in my hands today. It's an absolutely stunning piece of hardware – and judging by Amazon's Best Seller list, it looks like quite a few people agree with me.
Amazon does have a good deal going on with its Lumia 900 sale, though: you can pick either color up for just $49.99 with a new two-year contract. Still, it's beating out plenty of other phones that run Android, are on other carriers, or are even cheaper on-contract than $49.99! To put in into perspective, both the black- and cyan-colored Lumia 900s are beating out the Droid RAZR Maxx, the Galaxy Nexus, and even the BlackBerry Curve 8530!
Neither Amazon nor Nokia have released any sales numbers just yet, but if the 900 can beat out all of those popular Android phones and even the ubiquitous BlackBerry Curve, I think we'll be in for a bit of a good surprise when the companies do release them.
