Dell Streak 7 likely to include TV tuner in other regions
It's not uncommon for a device to be released with slightly different specs in other countries but since we don't know much about the Dell Streak 7's global launch, I may as well acknowledge any suspicions you have about the Tegra 2-powered tablet being equipped with a TV tuner when it becomes available outside the US.
If you already have the Streak 7 or have at least seen one in person at T-Mobile, then you probably noticed the presence of what looks like a shoulder button on the top left (see photo below). And if you happened to look at page 7 of the device's 145-page User's Manual, then you know that the "button" is really a blocked off port of where a TV antenna "used for improving the reception of television signals" is supposed to be instead.
T-DMB and DVB-T tuners in mobile devices are pretty standard fare in parts of Europe, South Korea, and other regions, so the fact that the Streak 7 at least has a slot for a TV antenna isn't groundbreaking news. But since the Streak 5 doesn't have one and details of the international 7 are hard to come by, I think it's pretty noteworthy.
