Save $20 on OtterBox Defender Series Case for the HTC EVO 4G

Otterbox-evo-defender

If you liked everything about OtterBox's HTC EVO Defender Series Case (full review here) except for its $49.95 asking price, then head on over to Amazon where you can buy it for just $29 with free Super Saver Shipping.

The biggest drawback to the case is that the built-in kickstand is fragile and almost guaranteed to break, even with minimal usage, so you'll need to decide if the trade-off is worth it. It's an attractive offer for those who already don't use the stand, whether by choice or because their current case covers it (e.g., Seidio Innocase Extended Rugged), but others may still want to think twice. You could also look at the $20 saved as an invitation to come up with some creative DIY solutions to reinforce the existing stand or make a new one.

Either way, the deal is there if you want it.
