ZiiLabs bringing 7" Jaguar tablet to OEMs

Jaguar

With Computex just around the corner, ZiiLabs has announced that they will be showing their new Jaguar tablet line (7-inch unit included) in the hope that any OEM partner will be able to quickly market the device. It will be optimized for Android 3.0 and 3.1, with a modular design for OEM customization.

ZiiLabs will be using their latest ZMS-20 and ZMS-40 StemCell processors to deliver a rich desktop browser viewing experience and 1080p HD video playback running on dual 1.5GHz ARM Cortex A9 MPCores. Rear and front facing cameras along with up to 1GB of LPDDR2 or DDR3 memory and 3G/4G/WiMax options will also be in tow.

With up to 64GB internal storage, this could be one of the first Android tablets to offer such a nice amount of memory. And with the SD card support, you could add an additional 32GB and for quite a lot of storage. Also included are Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, GPS, accelerometer, compass, gyroscope, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and dual microphone array.
