Ice Cream Sandwich being officially unveiled today

Untitled-1There's been a lot of chitter chatter on the interwebs lately. Tonight (7:00 PDT to be exact), the next version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich, is going to be officially unveiled.

The presentation will be more directed at the Galaxy Nexus that will be sporting the new OS, but this will be our first time seeing Google play around with all the new features of ICS.

Now it's just a matter of time before an ICS ROM is released and the devs have at it. How long do you guys think it will take before our rooted HTC EVOs (both 3D and 4G) are running ICS? A more important question is when will HTC bring Ice Cream Sandwich to the HTC EVO 3D? Will they ever bring it to the HTC EVO 4G or View 4G?

Hopefully our answers will be coming soon. Tonight, we'll just focus on ogling the latest and greatest Android OS to be released.
