Unlocked Galaxy Nexus available in US now

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is certainly going to be a hot phone for geeks around the world for this holiday season . . . if it ever gets released. We here in the US have been waiting for quite a while now (just over a month since the announcement, to be exact,) and thankfully, unlocked Galaxy Nexuses are starting to make their way to retailers.

Expansys USA today told its customers that its got "100+ [Galaxy Nexuses] in stock now," with the promise of more coming soon. If you're thinking that only 100 devices isn't enough for a retailer to have, you might be wrong: every Nexus is $749.99

Still, the Galaxy Nexus is shaping up to be one heck of a phone. It's got a 4.65-inch 720p display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and a deathly thin body.

Are you going to spring for the Galaxy Nexus now, or will you wait to see if it would ever be subsidized?
