J.D. Power Wireless Router satisfaction rankings released

The J.D. Power 2017 Wireless Router satisfaction report is out and TP-Link and Belkin take the lead of the six named players listed.
Companies like Ubiquiti which makes a home line of AmpliFi products, whoever manufactures my current favorite router Portal, Google, Apple, and other offerings are not included on the list.
I’ve got an email in asking whether this was because they were below a threshold of market penetration, or just not included because there are a billion WiFi router companies out there.
