Commenting seems to be not working for some
It appears for some reason that some comments are bypassing Disqus, and going straight into the WordPress database. No idea how, I’ve got a ticket opened with Disqus. Seems to only be non-US people, and importing the comment database from WP to Disqus seems to not do anything.
Just letting y’all know, I am reading comments, unable to get them to display. You’re not banned, it’s just a tech issue that until I had a few comments with a common theme in them I couldn’t really say much other than “why doesn’t this one comment sync?”
Anyhow, ticket open with Disqus. Budget for Pocketables/ITB being considered whether it’s worth it to have easy commenting when we get so few comments in general.
