Discounted (not free) magazines include big titles such as Cosmopolitan, People, The New Yorker, WIRED, Essence, Entertainment Weekly, Sport’s Illustrated, InStyle, Beer Advocate, Esquire, Food Network, Popular Mechanics, Food Network Magazine, People StyleWatch, Vanity Fair, This Old House, HGTV Magazine, and many more.

Obviously this is a ploy to whet people’s appetites and hopefully get them to start subscribing and using the service more. These come with no strings attached, though – there are no trial subscriptions that you’ll have to remember to cancel, although you can always start a trial subscription  too, if you want (they are free).

I’ve used the service for a while now (back when it was Google Play Magazines), and found the experience overall very pleasant. So now’s the time to load up on some good, free (or cheap) reading.
