Dell’s US app store includes the UK Streak

Who knew that Dell even had an app store?

Not only does the Mobile Applications Store exist on the company's US website, but it also includes the UK version of the Streak when you choose to view only the devices manufactured by Dell.

Unfortunately, the store looks very dated, it isn't optimized for or even acknowledged with a preloaded bookmark by the Streak, navigation is slow, and it doesn't have an extensive catalog. Some of the apps don't even run in WVGA, which makes the point of getting to choose which device you're using rather questionable, and the #1 bestseller—SplashID—has only been downloaded about 1,300 times (popular apps in Android Market have been downloaded more than 250,000 times).

On the positive side, you can browse the catalog from your computer and maybe find some cool apps that you may have missed in the Market.

Thanks, Nick!
