Huawei S7 launch delayed again to September 6th, but with a degree of confusion

The original date of availability from retailer eXpansys for the impressive Huawei S7 was July 7th, which was subsequently delayed until August 5th, leaving us wondering when we would finally get our hands on the 768MHz Snapdragon powered, 7-inch Android 2.1 tablet. A quick search of the eXpansys product page sadly shows that the date has now been delayed again until the 6th of September for both the original $360 MID, and an identical $460 version that additionally includes a 32GB SDHC card.

Where the degree of confusion comes in is a report that eXpansys may actually be releasing the more expensive bundle, including the 32GB SDHC card, this Friday on the 30th July. This is currently unverified and should be taken with a grain of salt, especially considering that the tablets in both options are identical meaning any delay should affect both product listings as depicted on the website. On the other hand, initial supply of the tablet may simply be insufficient leading to the retailer pushing the more expensive bundle for launch. Whatever the truth is, it's good to hear that the S7 is still on its way, although I certainly hope that we will receive some good news at the end of the week and that we won't have to wait until September for the highly anticipated tablet.
