System Info Widget updated with three new options for HTC EVO 4G
The last time we talked about the excellent System Info Widget, developer Jason Calhoun told me that he was working on an update to add a GPS toggle, reload SD card option, and reboot shortcut for rooted phones.
Jason is obviously a man of his word because version 2.2 of System Info Widget ($0.99 in Android Market) includes those three items, as well as options for rooted HTC EVOs to boot into recovery mode and the bootloader. These additional features are all accessible through the reboot item (tapping it brings up a reboot/recovery/bootloader menu), which helps to save space since you don't need to use separate widgets for each function.
In other words, an already awesome widget just got . . . well . . . awesomer.
