George Lambro shows the world why Garage Band on the iPad is not a toy

Back in the article about the Elago guitar pick stylus, someone commented that music creation on an iPad was just casual fun that shouldn’t be turned into “professional badassness”. As I pointed out in a responding comment, things that are novelties to us might be other people’s sole reason to get a device. It’s quite easy to forget how powerful a single app can be when there are hundreds of thousands of them. George Lambro definitely hasn’t forgotten though, and his YouTube video of him playing music using Garage Band on the iPad is truly an amazing example of what the device can do in the right hands. Watch the video and enjoy this guy’s talent.
