LG Thrill 4G releasing in August, not July?

Lg_thrill_delay

Boy, this week has surely brought some disappointing misinformation, huh? First, it was Sony Ericsson's turn, taunting you Xperia X10 owners with Android 2.3's release for your smartphone. Now, though, it seems like AT&T and LG are pulling the prank.

The LG Thrill 4G, originally planned to be released at some point this month, is allegedly now being delayed until August 21st. Why is this happening? Well, we don't know, but if this is true, we'll definitely be hearing about it later.

Are you interested in the Thrill 4G? I know it seems like a really nice device, but I just don't think I could make myself pay more for AT&T's "4G" technology. I'm pretty happy with my iPhone 4, anyway.
