HTC EVO 4G gets more Sense 3.5 love with new Runnymede port

Anybody who's taken a look at the HTC Bass (more commonly known as the Runnymede before its official name was revealed today) could say that it seems like a pretty good device. And if you're wondering why we're talking about it, it's because its ROM has been ported to the HTC EVO 4G. For those who don't know, the HTC Bass is running Sense 3.5, the latest version of Sense available.

It was only a week ago when the HTC Bliss/Rhyme's ROM was ported to the EVO 4G, and while it may seem a bit boring that another Sense 3.5 ROM has been ported to the EVO, I think it's a case of "the more, the merrier!" This brings developers even closer to getting the OG EVO a stable Sense 3.5 ROM.

There are still many features that are broken, including WiFi, mounting of SD cards, wallpaper previews, and cameras, and there's only around 40MB of free internal storage after install. There is also no Quick Launcher widget, unlike the Rhyme build. Luckily, eVoKINGS is working on the project and we should be seeing quick progress on this Android 2.3.5-based ROM soon!
