xpPhone 2 press conference scheduled for March 10th
Let me give you a brief history of the xpPhone 2. In October, ITG announced the successor to the original xpPhone, which just happens to be the xpPhone 2. Next, we were informed that a press conference would take place before the device's release. And then, just one week ago, the specs were updated one last time. Everything seems to be in place for the release.
Today, we received an invitation to the device's official press conference on March 10th. It'll take place in China, but hopefully ITG will be able to bring it to other markets, as well. Either way, I'm sure there'll be ways to import it to your house here in the States.
This is looking like one heck of a UMPC. It'll run Windows 8 later this year, but for right now, it's running Windows 7. I can't wait to get my hands on one; how about you?
