HTC One finally landing on Sprint and AT&T on April 19, with preorders starting this week

HTC One small - for some reason we don't have an alt tag hereThe HTC One, which has been plagued by delays and supply problems, finally has an official US launch date: barring any more unforeseen difficulties, it will arrive on Sprint and AT&T on April 19. Additionally, Sprint customers will be able to preorder the device on April 5 at sprint.com/htcone, while AT&T customers will actually be able to get their preorders in a day earlier, starting on April 4 at 1:00 p.m. central time (att.com/htcone).

As we discovered yesterday, Sprint customers will be restricted to the 32GB version of the HTC One, with an on-contract price of $199.99. AT&T customers will get to choose between 32GB for $199.99 ($50 cheaper than what we thought yesterday) and 64GB for $299.99. Additionally, AT&T customers will get a free  HTC Media Link HD wireless HDMI adaptor, which normally retails for $90.

As of publication, there’s no word yet on when T-Mobile’s preorders will start, but most likely the carrier will follow the same schedule as Sprint and AT&T.

[Sprint | AT&T] Thanks, Simon!
