BLU Life One X3 Now Available and First Impressions

Just in time for Christmas, BLU Products is back with another mid-range phone. This time it is the BLU Life One X3, a $249 phone that does a nice job of handling everyday tasks and is sleek-looking to boot. The BLU Life One X3 is an all-metal and glass device with a properly rounded back, a tapered glass screen, and no-hard edges anywhere. It’s a joy to hold and fits very comfortably in the hand. The screen is a respectable 1920×180 @ 5.5 inches. The phone runs on the MediaTek 6753 platform, which in my experience thus far does an admirable job of handling tasks like email, messaging, and social media.  And the kicker is the 5,000 mAh battery that gives you up to two days of usage.

It continually amazes me how good low and mid-range devices are getting. The Life One X3 continues this trend with its nice screen, huge battery, decent processor package, and sleek look. There’s a responsive fingerprint reader, too. I’ll be back next with a full review. For now, check out the spec rundown below and the product listing over at Amazon.
