Huawei Launches New Versions of the MateBook D 14″ Laptop
Huawei has announced the release of the new MateBook D laptop for US consumers. The laptop comes in two flavors – an i7 model with 8GB RAM and a 512 GB SSD and an i5 model with 8GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD. This is a first as the previous MateBook D models shipped with AMD chips. Both laptops feature 14 inch FHD touch displays and an aluminum body. The i7 version is available exclusively from Microsoft for $1099 and the i5 is available at various retailers for $999; though Amazon has it listed for $963 currently. It seems like the i7 upgrade is a no-brainer for only $100. Check out the full tech specs below. We’ll be sure to update with a hands-on if we can score a review device.
