Dell Streak finally gets official in the US

Streak-official

After months of speculation and rumors, the Dell Streak finally has a product page on the company's US website. Other than revealing that the device will be "available for purchase in late July," though, there's really nothing new or exciting to justify yesterday's "you won't be disappointed" tweet.

There's no information about pricing and aside from the AT&T 3G-friendly bands (UMTS 2100/1900/850MHz; the same ones supported by the beta device), the tech specs are uninformative. The operating system is simply listed as "Android (multi-touch UI)," the capacity of the microSD card isn't divulged, and there's no indication of what's included in the box. Weak!

Oh, and despite what it says in the third bullet point, the Gorilla Glass screen is not damage-resistant.
