Hello, Samsung Droid Charge owners! I wanted to give you a quick update on the blue-tinted screen issue that a lot of you have been experiencing.
You know, when I first put the original article that detailed my own experience with it, I highly doubted any of you would come back to me and say the same thing happened to you. It's really crazy to think that something this severe and this widespread would've made it through Samsung's quality control. But obviously it did, and that's where my update starts.
I emailed my Verizon representative to ask if she had heard anything about this. Coolly, she said she hadn't, but she knew a lot of you guys had been experiencing this, too. So, she ended up pushing all the information she got out of me and some of the commenters and sent it off to corporate.
Unfortunately, she hasn't heard anything back from them and the same goes for me, obviously. But I just thought you should all know that it is going to get taken care of. I will issue a final review once everything is set to go. I can't write one if a known problem is being worked on.
How is your Droid Charge doing? Have any more of you experienced the same thing?
