Samsung releases Mobile UNPACKED 2012 teaser, shows off Galaxy Note II

In nine days, Samsung will hold its Mobile UNPACKED 2012 event. There, the Korean manufacturer is going to release its Galaxy Note successor, the Galaxy Note II. It should be a very popular device considering that the original Note recently hit over 10 million sales.

To hold its fans over, Samsung yesterday released a teaser video for the event. It’s so obviously centered around a device that you write on: the stylus is shown being taken out of the new Note’s body, and is then repeatedly shown writing on the display.

Teasers hardly give any solid information, but Samsung did allude to the fact that the new stylus will be “a small and light thing.”

The Galaxy Note II should be a great new device for fans of the Note series, new or old. How great it will be, however, will be revealed on August 29 – next Wednesday.
